My mission as a Magical Health Coach is to be your guide so we can start peeling back the layers (yes just like an onion) in order to find your true self and inner light. I will help you heal your inner child & conquer anything that is standing in your way to becoming the best version of yourself, so you can shine as the bright light you were truly meant to.

 Along our journey I will help you find the most powerful ah ha moments (those moments that bring you clarity and have you saying ah ha out loud) by shining some light and insight along our path together as well as some tips and tricks in not only in order to keep you moving forward but adopting new ways of living a fulfilling, joyful and balanced life.
