I believe that coaching can be a good fit for anyone that is open to change and willing to take the reins on their lives to move towards becoming the best versions of themselves.
Once we dove into this new day and age of machines our bodies have suffered a great deal of overwhelm and pain. This new world hasn't been kind to our human bodies and it's caused so many health conflicts (ie anxiety, cancers, tumors, autoimmune diseases etc. ).
It seems our system has not only taken away a lot of our freedoms, our sanity and our god-gifted abilities as well as turned humans against one another causing world wide fear, pain and anguish.
With all the interesting things popping up that take us away from ourselves we always have to always remember to listen to our internal voice, listen to our bodies when we feel pain and discomfort and doctor ourselves accordingly.
Finding alternative services in a world of pills, surgery isn't always the easy path to take but it's the one I find with my experience has the most benefits. As a highly sensitive person I always knew how to listen to my body, I just didn't always put its needs first (to be fully transparent in a world full of demands it's not an easy thing to do).
Coaching provides us with someone to turn to in all these times of confusion when it's not always easy to find a therapist (also the unfortunate fact that many therapists don't have the proper training in order to help heal someone from their mental/physical ailments) and coaches like me always have a list of alternative doctors, chiropractors and holistic dentists they can recommend to our clients.
So the answer is yes coaching can be beneficial to all humans that don’t want to settle on feeling just okay. I too have benefited from various coaching services over my life and I don’t think I would be who I am today if I didn’t have these amazingly gifted practitioners working with me.
